Thats what I was thinking for an opener as well. Havent actually tested it though. Real challenge is working in the oGCD movesAt work.
Demo dk twin snap PB snap TK snap snap demo (FS to dk or just non opo dk/boot) twin snap b4b (dk if not FS dk last time/boot otherwise) IR true HF snap ef boot/dk sp twin St demo FC
That's what I could come up with estimating timers with buffs and gl3 for ToDs and oGCD but no buffs for TK rhat way, don't know if that's beneficial or not.
Reasoning for using FS after TK and gl3 build up is cause dk would fall off for the next 3 GCD and you won't be in opo form for the next dk after TK + gl3 build up.
I don't know if it's worth spending one GCD to FS rather than just unbuffered 3 GCDs.

I think a few tweaks should be made. Form shift should have a 15% chance when changing out of Couerl to grant greased lightning. Guaranteeing greased lightning would be OP, but this chance will reward players who masterfully use this skill very well (it's a high ceiling potential without lowering the floor). Meditation should be gained when mantra, second wind, and featherfoot are used. These abilties are all defensive and I feel like they fit in line with the idea of meditation. It would arguably make building chakra stacks more desirable. When a boss jumps and you have time for just two or three chakra stacks, these cooldowns can help out.
Elixir Field is fine the way it is, though I feel it is slightly overpowered (we do need a strong burst AoE though). I would maybe swap this cooldown with howling fist, or swap their potencies. But its fine as is. Something to weave more often makes us pay attention a little more. Purify should extend to nearby party members, maybe restore HP and/or work like an Esuna. It could have a 15% to not reset meditation stacks. Tornado kick is fine as is, but needs a LARGE potency increase. This HAS to be our massive burst skill, I'm talking like 600 potency or more.

Why they reduce our potency of tornado kick....if they think thats op I seen warriors in my free company hitting 3000 back to back..... 6000 dmg.....wtf

Yeah but we can hit fast. I've just watch a video above and dealing pretty constant 1k dmg, to me that's better since mnk r not and will not be a burst dps.
How good is the tornado kick?

There's a video posted above watch it. I like that rotation so far. Once all the moves r buff u get a constant 1k to almost 1.6k in dmg
This is extremely close to what I've been working with myself. You've got a couple oGCDs in different places than what I've been using, but overall I think your setup is a bit more optimized than mine since I'm still getting used to some of the new things.Edit 2: Small changes: Form Shift (coeurl)> Demolish > (Perfect Balance)> Snap Punch > (Blood for Blood)> Snap Punch > (Internal Release) > Dragon Kick > (xpot) > Twin Snakes > (Elixir Field) > Snap Punch > (Howling Fist) > Touch of Death > (Steel Peak) > Bootshine > (Shoulder Tackle) > True Strike > (the Forbidden Chakra) > Demolish
I throw in tornado kick my opener just haven't updated it since I hit 60, but with shift form available it would be a waste to not use the skill getting 3 stacks of greased is quite easy now
I count 10 GCDs in the above opener....Edit 2: Small changes:... Demolish > (Perfect Balance)> Snap Punch > (Blood for Blood)> Snap Punch > (Internal Release) > Dragon Kick > (xpot) > Twin Snakes > (Elixir Field) > Snap Punch > (Howling Fist) > Touch of Death > (Steel Peak) > Bootshine > (Shoulder Tackle) > True Strike > (the Forbidden Chakra) > Demolish
If we do the following instead:
Demo>(PB)>Snap>(B4B)>Snap>(TKick)>Snap>(IR)>Snap>(xPot)>Snap>(HF)>Boot>(SPeak)>Twin>(EField)>Snap>(FChakra)>DK
also 10 GCDs, that 2nd one came out about 185 potency higher than the first one on paper (taking into account buffs and dot ticks BUT not auto-attacks).
Anyone mind testing these 2 openers inGame? can lose the xpots for testing purpose.
