Personally, I'd rather you scrap the Armoury System then Lock 1 Job to 1 Weapon.

DO NOT WANT THIS LIKE FFXI WHERE WE HAD THE REQUIREMENT OF NEEDING TO BE SAY A MNK/NIN FOR END GAME BECAUSE THAT ONLY "WORKED" ALL SET UPS SHOULD WORK TO ALLOW PEOPLE TO ENJOY THEIR CHARACTER THEY WAY THEY WANT. Why can we create our characters but have no control over what we can do. ( not angry or yelling just making it noticable)

FFXIV:
Player1: Do you have Lancer20,GLD30,CONJ25?
Player2: o.o no why?
Player1: Oh then you don't have all the spell to make your class the best you can't join us on what we doing sorry have a nice day goodbye.
player2: A: Quits or B: Waste his time level up all the class he need and spells.
