Personally, I'd rather you scrap the Armoury System then Lock 1 Job to 1 Weapon.

you can ignore the job system and play as the classes the same as you do now
the jobs only will let you specialize more, dont wanna specialize? dont use them

That's not entirely true. They are re-evaluating the classes too. What skill and abilities they have and what is able to be used between classes. It will not be the same as it is now. They are streamlining the classes some as well it appears.
