90% of the time when I die in Titan is due to being in bad positioning for plumes. Which 90% of the time for my bad positioning with plumes is because after the 3rd or 4th time the healer died to getting hit by bombs or someone gets knocked off I stop caring as much and not trying as hard. Titan isn't too bad, however he is VERY unforgiving. Also the group is only as good as the weakest link and "Lag" is just a crutch for people to use and not own up to their mistakes. S

It depends on what they mean by "lag". If it's just the normal delay the game has, then yes that's usually just making excuses. However, a lot of people are getting severe lag spikes where the game will stop updating and then "catches up" all at once anywhere from 1 to 10+ seconds later. These aren't client-side issues as some have suggested, either. In the vast majority of cases it's happening far upstream and the only thing you can do about it is plop down for a VPN service to try to get a different route to the server. Simply pinging the hops on my route to the server right now I'm getting packet loss and abnormally high latency as soon as it crosses over to tinet.net (one of the datacenter's uplinks that I'm unfortunately being routed through). Neither of these problems exist en route to any of several randomly selected WoW server IPs I tested.
