Titan is hard because your camera isn't zoomed out, not because of server-side delays

So you're telling me that I'm being willfully ignorant because i don't suffer from lag issues that prevents me from beating Titan? (3rd relic in progress btw.)

I have two relics too, that is completely irrelevant. The point is because it doesn't happen to YOU, doesn't mean it doesn't exist. It seems east-coast friends aren't having this issue, but those on the west coast/EU are.
