Should goblins be aggressive?

Everyone for it is just riding the XI nostalgia wave and asking for aggresssive goblins.

Some of the first enemies you fought in FF games were goblins so it's not even "XI nostalgia" despite the fact they use the same exact models no one is complaining about. :\
