Is version 2.0 really coming out before 1-1-13

Do you think it will still be possible to get Legacy status if the beta is pushed back to November? I paid for my first 30 days starting right at the end of July, which would mean I could pay September then hypothetically October to get 90 days paid for.

I know this is somewhat off-topic, but if that's the case I'm going to be hoping for a November beta launch

"n order to fulfill the requirements for the Legacy Campaign, a player must register his/her copy of the game no later than Thursday, May 31, 2012, and have subscribed for a minimum of 90 days beyond the conclusion of your free trial period."

The new server system is already up and running on internal development equipment, and we are in the process of finalizing general
search features, the party system, the friend system, and more. At the current pace, we hope to have all basic system features
completed by February 2012.
After that, we will begin work on the worldless party matching system, as well as the porting of all current content data and player

It goes on sale Post January, but I'm sure we get to play it ahead of retail.. and Late April Early May? When they close down the Servers of 1.0 in October and have 300 people working on this 1 HUGE project?.. I don't believe that judgement call :P. Having servers down for 8 months is Absurd.

the PORTING of CHARACTER DATA (aka your dumba**) is expected to be finished sometime in march. In otherwords you will be playing beta on a NEW CHARACTER which will probably be deleted just like they were in 1.0 beta when the game is finally launched.

nowhere does it say that porting character data will be done in march. Selling the game in Jan and not finishing a data transfer until March is a little out there, don't you think?

Neither you are right.. and you both not seem to be able to read also either.

when you refer to the roadmap it says that the beta will begin in about october/november (one community rep posted that they are planning to start in november)

and that the client will be released post Jan, which means after january as you said.. but NO ONE said it will be released in march.. seriously.


and NO one here (NEITHER YOU BOTH!!) in the forum can tell you when its going to be released. i think even the development team doesnt really know at this times. maybe there are some time schedule plans. but it also can happen to pospone the release

it depends on the feedback of beta players i'd say.
As the community rep Sasu stated "we do our best to stay within the time plan of the roadmap, but to ensure the quality of the game it may be that we differ from the time plan"


so no one really can tell you when it is going to be released. for now you can just say that their actual plans are to start the beta in november (which a community rep stated some days ago)

So, no.

I registered my copy starting at release. Assuming Beta is going to start in November, I will pay for August, September and October (90 days). Would that not qualify me for Legacy status?
