    A rear view camera...? These guys tend to overcomplicate things for no apparent reason. Why not just have gathering trigger a zoom-in from the camera and leave it free roam with the mouse...? You know, like every other game.

    May have that as well + just try it out first might actually be good, who knows

    dude are you kidding me?! I've been wanting this forever. If you do any heavy kiting you'll know how effective it could be. My character has to do the equivalent of breaking his neck to check on moogles behind him in the Feast of Fools fight for instance. I'd love to get a quick glimpse via rear view instead.
