This is like saying New job comes out oh shit its lvl 1 have to interrupt ls event to lvl it. Guess they shouldn't add new jobs to the game either because it will just get in everyone's way

It wouldn't really interrupt anything. People would just level it up on their own time and we'd continue on with the event. Nothing of value would be lost because of said "New Job".

Plus new jobs will most likely be accompanied by its respective new class.
