You are, as a tank, being "one-shot" by things that won't even do that to a healer at 737. You are lying, directly or by omission. That's what's important.

I understand you, op."So easy" - maybe for you.
The quick reaction thing is really frustrating if you aren't the servers neighbor. Maybe this game can be easy as hell with less than 50ms ping, but if anyone tries to play at 200ms ping, they will see how challenging a dungeon can become.
S-E didn't fix that issue that makes Titan way harder than he actually are. In fact, just doubled down on that. Now the DDR is faster than ever, more punitive than ever.
But what happened to that cloud thingy Yoshi-P promised at Dawntrail release? I feel he should put that in place to lower ping before making DDR harder.
What I'm taking away from this thread is there's a clear line regarding story content between 'casuals who take a few deaths to learn what is going on' and 'casuals who spend several hours and dozens of wipes and still can't clear.' Like how far off of the bell curve of average players are we considering making this content for?

Speaking about "normal-mode" content (that is, anything NA typically does via Duty Finder)...
I've yet to see anyone point out a Dawntrail mechanic that requires more brain cells to solve/determine-the-solution-for than what we saw in Endwalker, Shadowbringers, etc.
All of the so-called "difficulty" in Dawntrail comes from shortened reaction times -- which has nothing to do with the core responsibilities of being a tank, healer, or DPS in this game.
So, yes, SE has made content more difficult, but not in any sort of way that actually adds to meaningful gameplay.

I feel like you're not considering that literally no other MMO even tries to cater to that kind of ping. To be fair, to an extent, a lot of ping issues tend to be because of the games servers. It's not a secret or anything. They're not good. So already poor ping issues would be much more keenly felt with this game. But there's also a reason nobody generally caters to it.I understand you, op.

If they try to make everything be for everybody then they would have nothing. Souls games are unapologetically punishing. Legend of Zelda games aren't going to just tell you the solution to their puzzles. MMO's are always going to have most of their content designed around multiple players in a lobby where that content is taking place, at a given time.
Reality is harsh. There's great games out there if your ping makes online play terrible for you and -- hopefully not but it is a possibility -- those around you in the game. But they're not going to be convinced to make it a high priority for sub 1% of their consumer base either. More power to you for fighting through it though. My statics samurai has awful ping and they do pretty well in the raid tier. So it's certainly not impossible.
The point was that misrepresenting when and how you died helps noone, not even yourself. What I will say however, is, are the mechanics hard because of your slow reaction times, or, are they hard just because you don't do enough PvE content, so you aren't practiced in it? You admitted yourself, you have done <20 dungeons in a year and mainly focus on PvP, which is a different environment altogether. If you were to get yourself more accustomed to PvE combat, would that help at all? I mean, the reason I posted the last clip was specifically to show the fight with no commentary, no slow downs, nothing, just pure gameplay so you know how quickly things happen. Trust me, when I watched guides on EX/Savage fights back in the day, and the videos are constantly stopping to explain mechanics, it can be hard to tell how quickly things come out and it is only when I experience the fight for myself that I understand the timeline and flow of the fight.I died three times before seeing the tankbuster. That's why I tabbed out to look at a guide and discovered this business with the interruptible spell.
If I somehow missed the tankbuster marker (which seems implausible even for me), then I guess on those first three deaths it was the tankbuster that got me? I guess it's conceivable the visual vomit is so bad that this is what happened, but the account I gave was an honest attempt to describe my experience.
Why you'd go all that trouble to allegedly demonstrate that I died 10 seconds earlier than is "possible" I have absolutely no idea. Dead is dead.
I also remember back to the time of SB release and the trouble people had on Shinryu. the dev team refused to make it easier and guess what, people got better at the fight over time. No reason why the same cannot be said here, as long as you are willing to put in the effort.
I come from a time when the game had an inbuilt 300ms ping and even in those conditions, I still managed (only once) to land 99% of positionals and dodge every avoidable AoE on Monk. Good times.
