People don’t realize how easy it is to get into raiding in this game

Getting into raiding in this game is actually the most annoying and boring part in the game.
It's not encouraging at all for new players to get involved into the Ex / Savage, maybe even the total opposit.

I am from Chaos, so i have nothing on the PF, i mean nothing or close to nothing is done on that DC.
So i asked around and people told me to go to another DC just so you can get a group.
Well then ok, let's change DC and then go into the PF, then let's find a group that recruit "from start".
You litterally sit there for 1 to 2 hours hoping to find a group, because you did not rush the content as soon as it was out.
So you are getting punished for it and get excluded from the groups farming said content.Wich is understandable.
But making it in my opinion really annoying to get into raiding in this game, it really feels like a waste of time.
You have less opportunity to practice, leading to less experience, so less groups to join, very bad circle.

Today took me more than 2 hours to make 3-4 try on Zelenia EX for exemple, 2hr to actually play like 30 min.
The logical answer being, "well it's been out for 2 months you should have done it already"

Wich is anything but welcoming for people who wanna try and get involved into pve.
"Wanna get into pve ? Well thats too bad, come back week 1-2 in of the next tier cause this one it's too late !"

I cleared the first savage tier with a static and it was okay, but the whole PF thing makes it anything but an enjoyable experience.
I would not recommend, to the point, when i want to actually play, beside roleplaying, i just logout and go play something else than FFXIV.

PS : And i don't even wanna start talking about how this game is POORLY running on a purely technical aspect.
Theres connectivity issue leading to recommend the use of a VPN to do pve in 2025.
Having to remove all the effects because the team who designs the fights hate the one who designed the skill effects.
Flash of light similar to to flashbangs on HDR monitors...
