The Male Miqo'te situation of Tural (SE forgetting their own lore?)

So SE caves and makes male Miqo'te playable, which is a bit awkward lore-wise since you've established "they're rare" and now every city is flooded with them.

I don't think that is necessarily "lore-breaking".

Sun Seeker Tias and Moon Keeper males generally being wanderers makes them easy candidates for being adventurers so I think they'd have a higher percentage of representation amongst adventurers than census percentages would otherwise suggest.

Just like how the amount of Viera, Au Ra, and Hrothgar NPCs in Eorzea can be counted on one hand and they're not native to the region, but adventurers of those races would exist since the lore established them being here as displaced mercenaries or refugees and like male Miqo'te, easy adventurers.

a matriarch of women with only one or two males solely there for breeding and borderline slave work.

There's nothing in the lore about male Moon Keepers being breeding/work slaves. That sounds like fanon made up by players that just as silly as "Miqo'te only live to 45".

Moon Keeper NPCs themselves said that the men are wanderers and the women only like being around them "in small doses".
