Oh and they should buff SGE, for some reason Phlegma still has shorter range than any melee ability in PvP like wtf?

On NA servers they did it ^^
I don't remember which DC but i saw a post on Reddit with a screenshot of a 8 Scholar Party in Frontline.

Been doing that with some of my friendos. Terrorizing with our 7-9 millions damage per SCHsbut still loses sometimes looool.
It’s more fun than whatever this clownfest of a job designers cooked up for the supposed main content that is PvE sections for healers.
"Outside obvious jokes/sarcasm, I aim to convey my words to the future readers who may come across mine posts. Can I change -your- mind, somehow? Potentially... but that's not why I'm writing. You and I have wrote our piece(s). We don't necessarily need to change each other's mind. But we can change other's."

While healers still suck and are boring in PvE content, I will say that healing M2S when the boss has 4 stacks was the most fun I've had healing in recent memory, but that also shows that healing in DT is still only fun if the party plays badly.
Perfect runs are still a boring slog of 1 button with a DoT refresh every half a minute.

I haven't done Savage but I am enjoying Pictomancer. It's a fun job!Time to check in with the strikers now that Savage has been released.
How are things going? Are you enjoying playing tank and/or DPS in content? Have your EX/Savage groups been clearing content easily without healers because healers are pointless, or struggled to find healers since you aren't healing anymore but your party needs healers?
Or did you back out of the strike and pick up your healing cane/codex/astrolabe/nouliths for group content after all?
Please don't talk about what you're seeing in PF. I want to know how things are with your personal game play. Discontent with individual job design aside, are all the claims made that led to the decision for you to strike true in Dawntrail?
My FC uses healers when we do content because the officers believe people should play whatever they want and we have members who like playing healers. We're really not interested in what's the most efficient way to get clears or in doing things by the latest meta du jour.
I'm still participating in the strike. I occasionally play White Mage and am only leveling that job via quests and trusts. It feels weird not maining a healer after so many years and I miss it. Yet, nothing has changed. The issues healers have complained about have not been addressed.

The tier was good, some of you should try it.

Most of these issues have nothing to do with healing and everything with the core principals around fight design. Savage is just a dance you memorize with maybe 1 or 2 ORDER random mechanics. Rotations are stale and don't change throughout the 5-15 minute fights.
This game needs procs.
This game needs heals to be impactful.
This game needs more consistent and random damage.
This game needs tanks to not be able to self sustain heal so easily (looking at you warrior)
