At this point I would not be surprised if there was just a single intern who deals with healers and is stuck on coffee duty 90% of the time. Because damn the devs just do not like healersOh, also, Macrocosmos, Toxikon and Pneuma's potencies were not adjusted for the Media Tour, so they became 'a damage loss' to use. Toxikon and Pneuma have now been adjusted to be damage neutral once more...
but Macrocosmos still remains at its original potency. It's like the Aero2-Dia fiasco all over again. How many times can 'small issue that should have been caught in QA' slip by for Healers like this before we can establish that 'there's definitely a pattern here'

Based on the job dev's history, I am not at all surprised the SGE dots don't stack. Summoner rework, BLM changes, AST card changes, Dragoon "rework", tripling down on 2 minute meta... you're only allowed to play the way the devs want you to play with absolutely no room for variation or skill expression.
Could only be explained by either being creatively bankrupt or absolute sheer laziness. Though it is most likely both.
I'll play tank/dps to occupy my time until another MMO comes out that has RPG elements that Yoshi-P and crew forgot existed, or wait for WoW's War Within reviews to play a game that has actual healers.

I believe yoship has actually said they are never releasing any new healers or tanks ever again because they are hard to balance and that makes them hard to make unique.SGE must be a inferior SCH you don't get it. I thought everyone knew this, that there are only going to be new dps jobs from Sage onward.
Always seemed like it would be the slow death of the game to me. That's actually a problem that threatens the game in the long term. If the next expansion is just one or two new dps, or no new jobs, we're talking about 4 years of no new healer gameplay styles. Or... attempts at new healer or tank gameplay styles, I suppose.
Not sure it's fair to say attempt though when it doesn't seem like they were even trying with Sage.

Lmao with sage being worse SCH and all tanks being worse WAR. The peak of creativity right here. (I was playing wow earlier as a demon hunter tank then a monk tank and realised how much I miss unique supports.)
