    I'm not so sure that the game systems of XIV would support the attrition style healing of WoW. Also, large amounts of damage constantly incoming would risk further making regen healers useless and emphasising mitigation even more as king.

    I think the best solution would be to increase incoming damage to a moderate amount while cutting down the amount of healing we have.

    Not true, we already had potency increases on our filler in EW, DT is going to be the DoT trait expansion. Dia II, Biolysis II, Combust IV and Eukrasian Dosis II, please look forward to it.
