I think another Point to make as well is simply this. Theres a Multitude of different things that have occurred Between Covid, bad Scheduling, Making a video game Along side an MMO. and whatever else was going on internally at the company at the time.

As a consumer, i do not care. I just want my product to be better. If you're late for work your boss does not care. If you late for picking up your kid, the day care does not care. What little empathy I have is solely going toward what happened during covid, but this is also a billion Dollar Entity, And the other Billion Dollar Companies did a better job Mobilizing their work forces all over the world.

So one could Say this was a cocktail of Unfortunate events.
