Or they have been playing since ARR and already done all of said content. If you are one of those people, games basically in perpetual drought.

So yes, if you have been playing this game for 10 years then you will certainly be caught up on everything you want to do. I find it unreasonable to expect a developer to produce enough content that will keep people logging in everyday or even every week to do something for 10 or more years.
