I'd chop up casuals regardless if I have a friend with me or not. I literally have games with 15+ kills. It's casuals, let people have fun with their friends, especially since 90% of the people out there queuing up with a friend are casual players.

If you want a relatively balanced match then play ranked where there is some semblance of matchmaking.
