Because there is no solution or compromise necessary. Its literally just casual. Run in and have fun and stop caring about the outcome because God forbid people play with there friends in CASUAL mode. Again, if you cared at all about "fair" matches you'd play ranked, but nah you just complain about "sweats" instead in ranked mode.
