Making specific healers "the complicated ones" is almost always problematic. If they're not rewarded for that, they're shunned. No, generally, it's best to have each and every job be accessible at its core (seemingly "easy" to those doing only easy content) but capable of very high nuance for those who'd seek those optimizations out (i.e., decently "challenging" to those actually challenging themselves).
