Endwalker objectively has like no content. I don't think that can even be contested at this point. That's probably the biggest issue here.

So just to be curious I wanted to compare SB to EW from release to the propspective release cycles. (This is in no particular order, feel free to correct me or tell me I forgot something, etc)

Just a quick synthesis of this tells me that SE is subtly trying to revamp older content/provide possibly backlogged updates maybe ?
If so, it's not a bad thing either. Revamping older content/updating systems is important.

- Pvp Update (Crystalline Conflict) - terrible rewards for entirety of 6.2 patch

- VC Dungeons
