Yeah, I'm not going to take anyone who is claiming races are content seriously. Content for gposers to take screenshots with maybe, but little else.

Absolutely hilarious anyone would double down on that of all things.

Just out of curiosity, how is that different from rewards? Majority of rewards are cosmetics. You claim there's no content due to the rewards but yet new in game models isn't content?
Didn't you also make a post about how we needed more manly characters in game? Like do you not even try to be consistent with your own arguments?

I agree but I felt actually more so towards HW then StB. StB we got like Monster hunter as unique new content really but tbh. A lot of content had been recycled over the years. Problem though with EW is people aren't doing the unique new content only dungeons.

HW released Diadem, added various new maps to FL, Brought us Rival Wings and updated Wolves Den to Feast and brought a competive experience with rewards and it's own skills, introduced larger maps, flying, the novice network, The Garo event and Yokai Watch events which are literally the biggest events the game had that took more effort to do then just following a small story, a very fun Halloween quest where we had to run around Hawke Manor, specialist crafters and a ton of crafting and glamour recipes behind crafting which hasn't been as big since, they introduced Aquapolis as well and Deep Dungeon.

On the contrary we've had several of these get released with newer expansions but unlike a lot of these that were uniquely new we haven't seen as much new content over recycled content since.

Example of recycling is like eureka and Bozja being newer versions of the original Diadem. newer Diadem takes the old map but it became a gathering only spot over the old gathering/ and fighting tanky mobs. Deep dungeon got HoH and EO now. Though EO really is an extremely improved experience.

Feast turned to CC which is a huge improvement but they need some effort into Rival Wings which exists but is neglected and gets abandonned due to it.

I think it's also why I don't see a lot of the vets as much anymore. There's just a lack of new things for them to do.

On the contrary EW does pick up some content like Varient Dungeon but sadly no one does it and Sanctuary which isn't the most enjoyable experience due to being gathering and kind of feeling closer to a cell phone or facebook game. On the contrary for most it isn't that fun.

Just stating in comparison to HW there has been a lack of new content released over the expansions. There has been a lot of graphical and mechanic tweaks on the other hand and revisions of old content on the other hand.

You don't want to play this game as it is now. You want the game to become whatever you desire it to become even if it means making the game undesirable to other players. You are selfish. The majority of the community agrees that the game is in a fantastic state. The Final Fantasy 14 community is active, healthy and mostly happy outside of the selfish angry minority. You people will never be satisfied with the game so why should Square Enix bother with what you want? In a decade this game will continue to be just as healthy and active as it is now regardless of how upset you are that Square Enix is not catering to your demands. Take Yoshida's advice. If you aren't having fun just leave. Find something new to play that makes you happy. Don't be a toxic elitist harassing those of us who truly love this game for what it is.
