He is director and producer, I am not sure he does Development, I dont see "lead Developer" as part of what he does. he is listed as Producer for XVI. in terms of his job, while I am sure a bit more time may have been spent on XVI, I doubt it should have affected Development as a whole, since he's not in the trenches coding.

I mean he said that in 2020 I believe when he was made producer of XVI, the world has changed a bit since then. Is everything you said valid three years later?
