How do I tell if posters are not trolling when they have barely posted in... ever with accounts that existed longer then mine? I can't tell.

What I can tell is that Lalafells are adults conically according to lore, they are an adult dwarf race and anything that makes Lalafells seem infantilize is just distasteful. And there in lies the problem.

We have an issue of infantilization, if you have a problem with Lalafells not being adults that's different then you might as well ask Square to delete our race because Lalafells are doing quite the adult stuff by their writing... You have Lala's in bunny suits as NPC's in Gold Saucer... like... that's not even the players doing it that's Square.

The answer to the question I posed is that you don't. What I raised there is an issue of player behavior. Lalafell players will quote lore, as you're doing, when defending the pursuit of explicit ERP. This is why they are banned from many venues. It is safer not to engage on any level than to try and pick and choose between good beans and bad apples and get it wrong, because someone WILL get it wrong. Do I find it problematic that square depicts toddlers in bunnysuits? Yes. Do I think it was a mistake to make lalafell? Also yes. They have done something very, very iffy by depicting toddler-esque characters in adult situations. The Hole, at first glance, could have been passable as edgy writing. Really cements the villains as villains there. What disgusts me in ways I cannot excuse is that there is a little girl that we don't know the age of that sure LOOKS like a toddler crying about how she's being treated. We are made to assume that all characters in suggestive situations are of age. The fact that the writers are presenting as such is one thing. It's another thing entirely to apply this blanket statement to player behavior. Lalafell PLAYERS are not given that get out of jail free card. Some of them absolutely should be jailed.

But this isn't about venues. This thread is about a chair, the latest in a series of things lalafell players cry about. Give me a break. You're not persecuted.

By that logic wouldn't you be also against the chair tho? Just from looking at it i can tell already that it will be used by the kinky folks no matter what race.

Also speaking bout venues and Lalas in suggestive situations. Not trying to condone or condemn the lala side of it but all Lalas i know are without exceptions actually adults, who want to be treated (mostly lol) as such. On the other hand i know that a lot of underaged players run around Balmung and venues "for talls" who don't give a fork about with whom they do the naughty stuff with. Some venues even bragging with having underaged players working there. And lets not talk about the quicksand where the erp folks just take what they get.

Kinda silly that the ones crying about lalas crying are also the ones who are literally sexting daily in online brothels with minors. Don't think lalas are the problem here when half or more of the erp venue folks out there don't care at all about the age of their guests etc.

But ofc "you" don't know that so it's not your fault. Kinda a odd sense of morals you have there. Talk about a "get out of jail free card".
