Same as in ShB? One DoW/DoM Tribe (Arkasodara), one Gathering Tribe (Omicron) and now one Crafting Tribe (Loporrits)

And very much unlike prior to ShB. I can only guess as to why they decided to reverse it. Perhaps they hoped it would provide yet another incentive for people to play DoH/L?
