I ask because if you look at say characters legs, you can see that they are somewhat blocky? out-of-shape? Sorry, not good at descriptions... but they aren't 'rounded' like legs are, and have weird angles on them.

I know we don't zoom into close-up of characters legs/arms/etc that much..., but it still throws me off when it happens. always hoping that they will at some point update it so things aren't as blocky/angled/etc as they are now.
The problem is, if you increase the polygon count then you have also to set the minimum requirements for the game higher. More polygons mean more drawcalls and it mean more CPU utilization. Better textures are cheaper than more polygons. But i guess, they will set the minimum requirements higher. Because they want also improve the lighting. And lighting is also more CPU intensive.
