That is patently false. It may seem so online but generally speaking, in your day to day, you’ll more often run into a transperson than you would run into a cis-person who is actively choosing to go against their gender in order to fit in (thereby giving themselves the same exact problem which plagues transpeople.)

Eh I disagree with you, Gender Dysphoria is not exactly common I believe in the US it's about .3% of people deal with it. You are more likely to run into a person with autism than gender dysphoria, or both in some cases as autism tends to cause people to become hyper focused on a subject. My niece is currently going through a whole weight phase where she is super focused on peoples weight and calories of items and all that, but she also doesn't understand she cant exactly go around and call people fat or skinny either.
