What's the point with that quite lackluster story in Endwalker?

Depressed? Never?? You sweet summer child. Wanting the world to burn? Eh, might have fantasized one or two times. Wishing for it to happen actually? Never. Not all depressed people are egotistical hypocrite like hermes.

Venat knew that the ancients couldn't defeat a being made of nearly pure Dynamis: Considering the ancients were composed of such vast amounts of aether. Again, if you paid attention, the more aether one has, the less they are able to interact with dynamis: Meaning the ancients couldn't have defeated Meteion even if they were able to reach her. Yet a secondary reason why Venat chose to sunder mankind. Their aether was basically 1/13th of what it used to be: Allowing them a better connection with dynamis and ultimately, making Meteion's defeat possible.

It's still very funny to me how people just straight up ignore how being able to interact with dynamis is actually a double-edged sword. On a second thought, nope it's even worse because you yourself turn into blasphemies, meanwhile the Ancients are still able to fight back the creature born from their creation magic.

Aether isn't inherently weaker than dynamis. It's just a matter of ratio. Meteion realm is pure dynamis? Then combat it with large amounts of pure aether, you know, like zodiark-amount of aether. After all, his aether bubble still stand strong even after being sundered for 12k years. Besides, meteion is only this strong because we left her alone to feast on other worlds for so many years.

Let's be honest here, if we drop any plot armor that exists in the game, we'll know the party won't stand a chance against meteion in Ultima Thule.

Speaking of UT, is it just me who don't understand how emet and hythlodaeus draw upon "the scion's hope" to fuel their creation magic? But it's also depends on the WoL to envisioned it? Isn't creation magic solely depends on the caster thoughts?
