You've only counted 4 suspensions, there's been more.. As i said in my earlier post all the dates i got came from the loadstone important notices and various patch notes. so they're easy to find and verify.

I will conceed however that upon a second look one of the dates i listed did only affect some data centres not all.. but still..
My earlier post did say it wasnt the most thorough research I basically just skimmed the information for dates. and even said my totals were roughly x number of weeks..
