75°C is high for a CPU. It should be around 50 - 60°C. And yes, at 75°C it can be that the throttling mechanism will kick in and slow down the clock rate. But then the entire game will slow down and not only sound stutters.

    Cheers
75c isnt necessary high for a cpu, for my ryzen 5 5600x with a stock cooler AMD sees temps as high as 90c as normal. Really depends on the cpu, but if throttling is occuring then yes, cleaning out your pc will certainty help. Or reapplying thermal paste if you havent done that in a couple years.

    But the Bulldozer is different.

    AMD says, 61°C:

So i do not wonder when the CPU throttles at 75°C.

    Cheers

Oh wait, 75ºC is not my CPU temperature, it seems it's my Motherboard temperature, sorry for the confusion (not saying that's not too high though, I'm not really sure)
I have been looking at that meter while playing the game, next time I'll check the CPU.
But as I look at Open Hardware Monitor, it says the highest it got to (while playing the game) was 62,4ºC (GPU got to 78ºC though).

Those below are my highest temperature measures after having played the game (I think Temperature #1 would be motherboard temperature and #2 CPU socket temperature?):

    Mine is the FX-8370E
Highest temperature seems to be 70.5ºC

Maximum temperature for your chipset is at 105°C:

So the 76°C should be OK.

Then the 62,4°C are also OK.
