Wow. Suspending both advertising and sales, and adding two more weeks of compensation sub time. Plus admitting that at least some of the blame for 2002 was on their end all along.

Oh, and going over the inability to add new servers/hardware (again) for those who for some reason haven't already accepted that to be the case.

I can imagine some people will be very upset about releasing the next patch on time even with the issues, but their reasoning makes sense. There is much more to a patch especially this early on in the expansion than just the hardcore content fights, and delaying any or all of that could cause havoc for the foreseeable future.

How about stay to the facts, there is a severe lack of chips, it really stalls and holds down being able to get the parts to the new servers, and nope it is not some kind of server that you personally can run in your parents basement, there is alot more to this kind of hardware than what meet the eye as well as the software it runs on, upgrade of servers that allow for more space on them if possible and adding new ones is not something you simply do like that.

You can say it's an opinion, but I am willing to bet most would rather have the game be sold out/buying the ps5 outright, as opposed to waiting in any lines.

I'd rather wait in line if it meant there was a console available at the end of it. As opposed not waiting in line because they put a sign up saying "sold out".

Oh, so you want them to go back in time and do things different. This is a totally reasonable expectation. If there's nothing they can do to make you happy, you should unsub rather than complain. If you don't want to unsub, apparently you aren't actually angry, you just want attention.

Most of your jobs are 80 and you already have few jobs that is 90.
For someone who jointed in Feb 2021 have more post count than me who registered in 2016 and still able to lvl so many jobs.
That tells me you are not someone that is 9 to 5 and have plenty time to play and also to be waste on this forum.
I doubt congestion will have much impact on you?

The fact you and another person stalked my profile to look at how i spend my time is both creepy and kind of amazing lol. But to correct your assumption, no i don’t work a 9 to 5. I spend a lot of my time caring for my sick parents, so i’d rather you and anyone else not try to make assumptions or accusations about someone you meet over the internet, especially just because you don’t agree with their opinions. I understand criticism towards the company is very foreign to a lot of you as blind praise is typically what spreads around here but i’m not one of those people personally.

Doesn't change the fact you have had more time in game then anyone else. You had time to level not just one but multiple jobs to 90 that in itself isn't hard but time consuming. What they are pointing out is it seems you yourself have had no problems playing but are acting like the server congestion is effecting you which it isn't. Criticism about SE happens and people do it all the time on these forums but people seemed to have taken it a step above when SE has explained down to almost finest detail what the problem is and how they are trying to fix it. They are giving us the player base more information then any other gaming company unless it's some kick starter game.

At the end of it all I think people are just tired of all the same threads being spammed and the same opinions being made even though there has been in the past major warnings of this happening and even when it did happen we were given two updates with detail.

Also fyi it isn't hard to copy and paste someone's name into the player search on the lodestone. I hardly find that creepy when a feature is built into the official website.

It isn't a competition. Just because some people are lucky enough to get online and play it doesn't mean that they can't complain on behalf of those who cannot.

To frame it differently, paying customers only have to abide by the terms of service - they're certainly not beholden to those who whip themselves up into a frenzy each and every time someone dares to offer criticism towards their favoured product or company whilst acting as saboteurs to anyone providing feedback in any form.

Of course, if those same individuals are offering to pay for other people's subscription fees, then I'd readily allow them to dictate what feedback is provided. Until such a time, however...

I brought it up because you seemed to imply i’m not allowed to have an opinion or i’m not impacted by the server issues because i don’t work a 9 to 5. I am still impacted by it and idk why the 21 days is even being brought up when the current issue being talked about is the congestion issues.

Your mentioning students reminded me of something that happened some years ago. The students at a university were (reasonably) unhappy with tuition fees going up. At the same time, they were also very unhappy that a staff member in charge of those financials was being removed from his position for not reasonably performing that job over many years. That is beyond stupid lol. Note, this guy was making several hundreds of thousands of dollars per year and where he was placed paid him just slightly less lol. There were more things students were crying about, including pay raises for faculty, but they clearly don't understand how money works if their ultimate goal is not making tuition fees go up.
