Is healing broken?

Ok got WHM to 90 now and it just plays like before. Holy spam and tetra and bene here and there, waste lilies in between pulls. Bell sometimes (it needs it cd shortened to 2 minutes and its buff on every partymember but is it ok....).
AST is buttonbloated as hell and needs like half the kit to be thrown out and baked into existing abilities.
WHM needs a dps buff and some changes to Liturgy of bell. Overall, healers can handle wall to wall pulls depending on if the tank and group are really bad at their job or not. I really have not noticed the extreme fights requiring more heals than usual. There is one part were the bell is really really good but other than that I spend 90% of the time casting glare. And my cohealer was also mostly dpsing.

My suggestion for AST button bloat is to condense your draw/play and minor arcana/crown play into single button macros as they once were.
