Solaris, the edit was in response to the pure disgust for shills like you that realize there is a problem with the game, but are so much of a snowflake they can't handle when someone expects more of the developer who has let this failure carry on so long. Housing has been an issue for years and you would rather just let it continue than have the issue fixed because either it doesn't affect your play style, or you don't want the game to be better. You could support servers with people who just want to play around with the housing they have seen advertised all over the internet by streamers and developers alike. It's no different than them saying come play with your friends only to find out that oh sorry the server you are trying to create your character on is full so sorry you will have to wait for some obscure time of day when the server opens up. I realize you can visit other servers before anyone says well you know, but it's not as ideal as just being on the same server with your friends. When you see housing all over the place and you get to a place in your game play that you have completed all the requirements for a certain part of the in game content I honestly believe the company has a responsibility to allow you to do so at your leisure because you have already jumped through all the stupid human tricks. If you opened up Borja but couldn't take part would that be acceptable? This random 24 hr clock is only in place to deter rmt from buying up all the houses, another's years long issue that has had the bear minimum effort put toward rectifying. But we as players suffer for it. As for the MOG home reference I made, yes it is more like an apartment but you had 2 floors, more items allowed to decorate, and a full garden plus outdoor area on the third floor with waterfront view. So probably more like a nicely located single home. The fact that square refuses to add instanced housing in light of how poorly implemented this housing system has been executed is puzzling. I expect more from them and that is a good thing. All of you should as well because it's the only way you will ever get the fixes or improvements you would like, and most likely it will make the game a better place for everyone.

If you could talk and text but your data didn't work would you be entitled by saying that they need to fix the issue. Perhaps data doesn't matter to me so the talk and text is fine. I have to point out there is a difference between owning a phone and paying to use a online game. I think someone else pointed out to you early on what you agree to when you agree to TOS. But that aside sure it would be great if they fixed this so everyone can have a house but demanding it be immediately fixed is not going to happen. You are being a bit nieve because people are not following you down this line of thinking. There is a fix coming called a lottery will it be perfect no. But there is a shortage of servers being built there are countries on lock down again and covid is spreading in the form of a new variant. Demanding that they produce more space which would require more servers realistically is not happening whether you like it or not. Sure I want a house but I'm not going to go to pieces over the fact I can't get one right now.

I don't even have to read past your first two lines. By paying for the game you are not entitled to owning everything the game has to offer.
No, you won't win rolls on items because you paid for the game, everyone paid for the game. everyone gets a chance. Either you're lucky or not.
It's completely the same with housing, either you win the roll (lottery) or not.

You don't pay for the game to own a house, you pay to be able to play the game and compete with other players for it.
The only thing saying otherwise is your entitlement.

OK so you pay a TV company for a channel package and I do the same. These companies have similar ToS. They don't ensure you get all channels all the time. However you have been paying for your channel subscription for multiple years at this point. The only channel they don't give you is one that has one of your personal favorite shows but I don't watch that channel and therefore it doesn't matter to me. Both companies advertise these options to you that they provide these services and that they are available for you to enjoy. Do you think that the TV company should be expected to fix this known issue or just let the issue continue for years on end? Is it wrong for you to expect them to fix the known problem with their channel or should you be expected to continue on without one of the services you are paying them to provide. I think it goes without saying that there is an expectation to repair the issue correct, even though they don't guarantee service, there is an expectation on their company to maintain and repair known issues in a timely manner otherwise you complain to bodies like the CCTS to have them go after the company who is acting in bad faith to have the issue resolved. Even though the ToS says it is to access a server or channel in this case, it does not remove the responsibility of the company to repair known issues on their platform in a timely manner. Most are 30 days just so you know, not 5-8 years, which does not represent your illusion of this being an expectation of them fixing immediately. It is more a frustration that the company has acted in bath faith for so long that they need to address it immediately. How would you act toward your TV company that has failed to provide you with service to your favorite channel after this amount of time, while it is the only company providing that service in your area thus you are trapped because it is the only place you can get what you are looking to access?
