Pulling During Cutscene

Is it against ToS to pull while someone watches cutscene?

maybe, maybe not. I'm sure there can be argued on both sides.
Don't take away you don't have to be a dick and pull vs waiting but that's me.

I would argue outside of castrum, there are no lengthy cutscenes. 1-2 minutes just isn’t lengthy for me. I am happy to see a cutscene if it is relevant and tells some story. I mean their alternative is to cut the dungeon off and then add a trial for the final boss like the end of Heavansward…fine..but not my taste.

I think biggest normal 4 man dungeons is Stone Vigil and Toto-Rak. But other than that yes.
