Why is nobody here getting the "fun" part? If you don't have fun doing cluster farm, or any other method for getting those essences. But you still have fun in a longer DR run? Where is the problem for me or anyone else with similar attitude.

I farmed clusters to get the emotes, the mount is a derpy joke that I don't like since in general I don't like the machines in this game. I don't want the new hairstyle I think it is hideous and what I did want I now have. Just did a duty finder DR run took about 35mins, some use essence some don't. But I had fun with my FC members, a couple were first timing. Really not getting why you get so worked up over people not doing what suits YOU best. It's not the agreed upon "bare minimum" others have said, if it was there would be no discussion at all. It's like, there is party finder why not stop whining and use it? I don't que Diamond weapon in DF and expect it to be super efficient for me to farm it at speed. So why exactly do you expect it for bozja content? It is duty finder, it will ALWAYS be slower than a premade group.

I shall carry on my slow grind, enjoying myself. When I get an essence I will use it. Some I am keeping for savage.. and frankly that SO many people are still arguing with one person over how butt hurt they are people dare not play how they want instead is laughable. Idc what is most efficient, I care myself and my friends are having fun.

That's fine, you don't have fun farming for clusters, cool don't farm for clusters. It would be nice if you bought them to help everyone else but no biggy.

The issue is when you start using mental gymnastics to deny you are actively taking a role in increasing how long everything is taking and actively deny that you personally not using essences does not impact how long something will take.

You don't like to farm/won't buy clusters? Then you're personally increasing how long this DR is going to be for yourself and everyone else this is a team game and not everyone has the same amount of time allotted to them so we should do the bare minimum of respect and help each other out as human beings, you don't want to or don't care to? That's fine own it.

"Speed run" DR in PF takes 30 minutes if that, DR in DF will usually take 45 minutes and up. You not being a part of the solution is fine, but don't deny you're a part of the problem.

The issue isn't clusters or essences, it's the mindset behind the people who don't get/use them. They like to hide behind semantics, sophistry, flawed logic, and moral grandeur.
