They managed to do it for 2b. But screw male characters then right? Instead of maybe just waiting until final raid so they had time to do both they gave us one and then said screw you.

I understand being disappointed, but the way I see it the 2B outfit itself was an extra bonus outside the scope of what alliance raids normally give anyway. So a lot of the complaining to me comes across as 'why didn't we get a SECOND bonus glamour set outside the scope of what alliance raids have ever given in past expansions?'

Why would waiting for the final raid have helped anything or freed up art resources to somehow get in another outfit?

Then why bother giving us a 9S hairstyle?
9S appeared in the questline even before 2B, but for some reason we got Devola & Popola outfits and they didn't even appear, yet not his.
