Did you (or do you plan to) level your Trust NPCs to 80?

Just kinda curious where the community lands on this. I've personally leveled 3 of them to 78 and the other 3 to 73. I'm honestly getting burnt out on it to the point I can't bring myself to do it, and I'm the kind of player that happily grinded all combat and non-combat jobs (minus two that are in the works) to 80. How about you guys? If you are leveling (or have leveled) all of them up, what motivated you to do so?

I just don't see any reason to do so. The only time I'm in a dungeon after the first clear is via roulette and TRUST cannot be used for roulette.

I do use TRUST when clearing a dungeon for the first time or if I want to level a healer job via dungeon, but that's not enough reason to actually level the TRUST.

I consistently have runs that are much faster than trusts in expert so no, I don't have a reason to level them at all.

I burnt out instantly. I don't want to run Holminster Switch again but with how trusts are designed that's literally all I can do with them. Unless the exp gets extra nerfed or they add other ways to level them like a squadron or something so I don't have to be there for it, they'll just stay useless for me.

The Trust system is a worthless, poor play enabling tool. Resources would be better spent elsewhere.

I did it. It was not a particularly fun process. Getting alternative outfits or a title I never used was not a very strong carrot.

Urianger can even die to the first boss of the well. An npc run that wipes because the AI healer got himself killed.

I did it while leveling alternate classes. The slower pace was balanced out by the lack of a queue on dps, and I appreciated being able to tank without actual other players there to witness my mistakes. I didn't find it particularly painful, although it was definitely grindy. I have a feeling we'll have to do it again post-EW to get all trusts to level 90.

I don't think any of mine hit 72!

I enjoy reading everyones special dialogue (like that water boss in Matoya's Relict being Y'shtola's first), and sometimes use trusts when I first unlock a new duty, but man... I play this game to socialize. I almost always have a friend on when I wanna run a duty, and even if I don't randos are still preferable because they don't take all day to finish the run.

And if I'm ever compelled to actually use my Trusts to check out the Scions dialogue in [insert duty here] I can't because all that shit's level locked so I can only run them in Holminster.

At least with Squadrons you use them to unlock something for yourself (new grand company ranks), but Trusts only get you old outfits for the NPCs (and an achievement I suppose).

Even when I level a new DPS (I'm doing BLM and BRD now) I don't use Trusts to level them because this game gives us plenty to do in que. I'm grinding bicolor gemstones, levelling 2 beast tribes, fishing, crafting, decorating my house, etc. so I'm not even compelled to do Trusts for the instant que times.
