Was teleporting in Star Trek a "bit of a stretch"?Personally I think Anima did ruin the game somewhat, but it's not disastrous, I bet there's a better alternative out there or maybe a small tweak would do it. I just gets to be a bit knowing every measly adventurer could zip through space anytime from anywhere, at the cost of some strain on the soul. I know...it's in the "lore" but it's also a bit of a stretch.
Also, as it is right now teleporting is not a spell nor an acquired skill..it's a press of a menu button, that also took away the RPG feel to it somewhat.
In all fairness though, teleport shouldn't be restricted to a specific class. That too would take the fun away from some people, and maybe give rise to paid-tele service. So I understand why there are opposing voices here.
