I find Focused fairly useful too, Focused Touch + Prudent is a 5 durability gain over Prep and a little more power.

For example, Strides -> Inno -> Observe -> Focus Touch -> Prudent x2 -> Strides -> Inno -> Prep -> Prudent -> Strides -> Brygots ...is around 47500 quality @2500 control for 296 CP/55 Dur. I'm sure there are better, but that one has served well.

Speaking of Focused has anyone tried using that instead of Hasty when Centered is up? Though it'd definitely be a big gamble for 18 CP.

I tried it a few times as a way to get to 11 stacks with more durability, but it eats your CP. I usually RS on blue until 1 careful synth away then use HT or simply ignore once I am at a Quality/CP threshold but need durability for finisher(s)

I prefer Reflect, it's just more consistent for me. Muscle Memory can make sense if you have plenty of mats or don't mind paying for however many you need, if you fail to land a Rapid on Ven/MM you can just quit and try again with little time lost. But Reflect gets you a very high rate of Max Quality anyway.
I don't use Veneration with Reflect at all personally.

Most of my Centered go towards Rapid, then I'll hope to reach a safe threshold. Gambling with 18 CP feels unnecessary for the small potential gain.

As for your Cul, remember you get something like 1200 points for max quality. Still a bonkers amount of time xD

Ya, I'm not a fan of it after all. It's decent efficiency, but it's less useful in practice as it reduces the # of procs you can dig through, and I think getting red/green just outweighs it. I might use it once or twice if I'm ~10 stacks, but I think using more precise on red will fix that. Additionally, I tend to hasty when I need to make that gamble / low on cp, so efficiency kinda only goes so far. I think if I wanted to get a more efficient result I'd cut out rapid somehow, but without swapping to MuMe. On paper, groundwork still looks terrible though. Yesterday I had a craft that took 27 rapids to complete 3. It still ended up at ~6.1k due to a lucky delineation but cmon now.
