Delete Clemency and Vercure

Actually I support the change of clemency and the out right removal of vercure. Non-healers shouldn't be stand ins for healers.

Till the healer dies and have no one to heal the tank and no one to raise the dead healer. Every class should have some type of self heals.

Healers can't do anything if they're dead, or are you insisting the group wipe just so the healer can feel important? Self heals are fine, and I'm glad classes most classes have access to some form of small heal. Second Wind is a godsend in particular, as is Curing Waltz as a Dancer.
