u quote me and respond to my post and apparently that wasnt about me. Huh. Anywyas, I disagree with the second part. I legit didtn find a single awnser interesting. And Yoshida does get sleep, it would be illegal for him not too. He simply works hard to earn a lot of money, like basicalyl anybody who wants to earn money does. I dont get why all this feeling sorry for him. If I accept being a creative director, I accept being tired and stressed and deal with it, but thats just my point of view I guess

It's called being a compassionate human being. He looks tired. That's what I meant by my post. Apparently that's something you lack.

Also, I called you out for being hypocritical. You said you didn't expect anything and then went to make a thread about it. Stop being a drama queen and move on. This place isn't all about Zeylos.

so, Im not compassionate huh, honestly Im not gonn even waste my time making an elaborate response to this, because it isnt worth it. So, by the way, I wonder if for male viera theyll also do race hairstyles or theyll actually go ahead and allow them to use previous ones

I find it unusual that it seems like adding new hairstyles from scratch is easier than adapting the older ones. I have no idea what male Viera hairstyles would look like in the end but I'd like the choice between wilder/more civilized hairs, like female Viera do.

I'm referring to their workload vs how much they have to execute it with, not just the current state of the new races.

Most people, and especially people on the streets, don't pay much attention to identity politics outside of the media and various organisations trying to shove it down their throats. Gamers, in particular, have a frosty relationship with what is termed "gaming journalism" for that very reason. The broader MSM exists in a perpetual state of ignorance with regards to games, anyway, only invoking them when they need a useful bogeyman, like Fortnight.

So I don't think they'll cave in just due to a bit of bad press originating from the typically discombobulated articles that journos obsessed with "identity politics" put out.

Had to unblock ya real quick to quote this and give you a wake up call.

Japanese companies don't care about the complaints from western journalists. They don't care about sexism they don't care about gender politics, they simply give no hoots about what people want in that regard. And while it may be nice to get Male Viera and Female Horthgar, it aint happening anytime soon if ever. Probably never from how over worked they all are getting the new content ready with future patches while also tying in the next expansion.

They are making plenty of money to not care, so they don't. They are doing what they want, and that's all they have to do.

I can't with you. I just can't. Your willful ignorance is staggering.

Also, I have never said that others should not get what they want. Never have I said such. I have said that the current new races should get more polish before they move on to the next. Your selfish attitude knows no bounds. You would rather the unfinished product be abandoned in favor of what you want so that you can just have what that toy you're striving for rather than all the children end up with full, finished, and polished toys.
I agree, while magic mike buns and death by snu snu lion qweens would be nice. The viera and Hrothgar as they are now seem half finished. I hope they get more hairstyles I am a lil miffed my pirate bun lass won't get those cool dreads

Yup, right now the Hrothgar's hairstyles are stuck to the faces and Viera have limited hair options, not to mention that not all headgear works on them. Yet they want to rush m!Viera to have a new toy to play with while the current races need way more polish like Arngrim said.
You played the game this long without M!Viera you'll be fine.

IKR, this makes me wonder if it's due to differences in definition between the old hairstyles and the new race-specific ones. Like the old hairstyles are so low res in comparison that it would look out of place on the Viera's and Hrothgar's new models. Or maybe I'm totally wrong and it's something else?

Lore purists telling Square Enix they have to keep the original lore intact of content reimagined in later games don't get the point of the FF series. Reimagining stories, places, magic, races, and characters is part of the charm of Final Fantasy.
