1. No, no you don't. That's just you. Not everyone played FF8, again I said this already. This is only proving my point you're tunnel sighting this. If you played FF8, good for you since that's what its referenced off of. If you didn't? Squall isn't your first thought if you never heard of the guy. So they designed the job for everyone, not just Squall lovers.

2. Watching the videos and playing the class in game and watching is different. For the fourth time, named the attacks that have 2 handed attacks, that's not 90% of this job, you're incorrect here, case closed.

3. No, it made it worse for A LOT of people, I already claimed mass majority > minority. and YET AGAIN, check the front page of this tank roles section, and the JP forums, LOTS more complaints more than the amount of original ones complaining. Also throwing around toxic/aggressive alot here, sorry but your fanboy dreams aren't everyone's.

4. No, they just listen to the players, even when it DOESN'T align with their ideas. At this point I'm not sure we're playing the same game. Again, I've not told you to stop, I've only supported my argument and had to repeat myself multiple times here for why these changes are unnecessary/unwanted. You're ignoring a lot of the mass comments here aside from my own. That said, I'll gladly post myproof.

It's sad because I had been enjoying the job and was about to level it as a tank to play this expansion.... but now these sound effects have made me actively dislike playing the job.

I could link you reddit, these forums, foreign forums, side non-official forums, twitter, and all forms of social media here, my point stands and I'm sorry you want something the way you do but ONCE AGAIN, mass majority > minority. Again, continue but at this point you're reaching for anything now for something that isn't necessary or worth that amount of effort. I'm repeating myself, you're not proving this is worth its time anymore, and you're clinging to the narrow sighted view of "but muh game nostalgia tho" rather than considering FFXIV as a whole of all of its community, not just the ones here on the forums, not just small groups of friends that have this minor preference. Take everyone as a whole, not just you or the FF8 fanboys, the players in the game most importantly, not the ones living outside of it wishing for something they already can play right now in its' source.
