well.... maybe. They haven't given us a date for part two of the 4.5 MSQ only the vague "late March" timeframe

We know that Fan Fest is March 22, so they could drop the patch on March 19. Granted that's more of a "mid March" type of date, but it would make sense to get it out ahead of the Fan Fest for exactly that reason.
