The only people that would possible gain any sort of value out of BLU in it's current iteration are people that enjoyed doing level 50 dungeons/primals, or very VERY new players that have just hit 50 on vanilla ARR. The only actual new content that BLU brings is the carnival.

Again we don't know how they'll stagger the levels, but it was stated that BLU would have it's level increased throughout 4.5 AND the 5.0 patch cycle from what I recall. That means they have no intention of allowing you to do higher than level 50 content for 2 months, at best we'll get level 60 before the expansion drops, and 80 at expansions end.
I get that, but here what BLUE could turn into to. Go to a point on the map. Click the circle and enter a solo instance with "X" monster. Monster uses skill, you learn skill. You Kill monster. Rinse and repeat. Reskinned skills with Monster Skill names.... That is my biggest concern
