SE never stated those earring's were exclusive legacy perks like the mount, tatoo and reduced sub but rather they became exclusive because 1.0 was so bad the content didn't exist anymore.
If they weren't "exclusive" to Legacy players, then I don't care. I'm hearing conflicting reports here, however, so... which is truth?
