You want to give that general advice, all well and good, but in this particular instance that I'm discussing was about what prompted the topic.
I know I said I was done, but I can't help myself when people refuse to understand. Nothing you say on here will change the outcome of what happened in that article. No amount of discussion on the topic will. The only thing you can do here is try to work towards keeping it from happening again in the future. This isn't trying to "shift the goalpost" as you put it, everything I've said and even some things Rogatum has said is geared towards that end.
