5.0 Job change wishlist

I really hate sitting there channeling like a dope on AST waiting up to 3s for CU to proc...also makes it hard to use for the 10% mitigation since sometimes you try to use it with plenty of time to spare and it likely didn't even get on in time for the hits :/

Does Sacred Soil have the same issue? I've never looked into it before, and if it does, I've been using it too late a *lot*
