That's just because of your playstyle.
I'm not saying you're playing it "right" or "wrong", just that your playstyle doesn't fit the content release.

This wouldn't be an issue if they released Heaven on High with 4.3 in lieu of delaying it a month because "people would have too much to do!!!!"

Can we let people decide that instead of telling them? Otherwise it looks more like a thinly veiled attempt to keep people subbed.

If you think so, that's certainly your opinion.
However, I think those players would only have had maybe 1-2 days of extra game time added from this because they would do it once, then immediately want the next piece of content.

And this tuesday there is the new ultimate, which will take a while to beat.
