Fine tuning my butt, you don't need to have a searchable database of how everyone performs in every instance of the game to fine tune your own progress. It's used to rank people, and often whether or not to accept or reject low performers. That's the moronic aspect of it, and I hate people who whitewash that. Participating in that is perpetuating it.

To play devil's advocate a moment. Provided people are at least semi-cordial, why can't they reject people? You are not entitled to a clear just as you aren't entitled to work at a proper company because you happen to like the location. If a group wants people will 560 All Star points, that is their subjective standard. Your options are to either inquire if they're willing to trial below said criteria or look for another group. Your stance essentially posits good players are obligated to take whoever wants to clear Savage otherwise they're being "elitists".

Out of curiosity though, I looked up my name on that log site, and found parses of my dps via a few runs I've done in rabanastre. I do not even attempt to try to play on a professional level in 24 man raids, lol. Why is my name even there? Yeah, I didn't agree to that, or want that, or care during those raids to "prove" anything to anyone else. The fact that someone actually parsed me, then uploaded a freaking rabanastre is absolutely hilarious to me. That person obviously cares more about what I'm doing than I do, lol!

Because someone else parsed and uploaded the results. If you want to hide your logs, you'll need to make an account and select to have them hidden. That being said, I wouldn't worry over it. No one really cares about 24 mans or normal mode. At least not when it comes to FFlogs.
