I think it's safe to say that Eureka is not going to be any different in that regard, because it doesn't seem like they intend any of the content to be different. It will be kept on life support via the relics, but you can be pretty sure it's gonna become irrelevant come 5.0 at the latest and it might well have long overstayed its welcome by then.

Might sound like doomsaying, but that's the realistic view here. Until the devs 'vision' changes, it's not likely the content they produce will. And even if it does, there's no guarantee they'll be able to get results.
